Graham Turner told tonight's Liaison Committee meeting that he will be in talks with three players this week with a view to extending his squad.
As usual, Turner declined to name the targets but added that there were several potential players in the pipeline and that up to four more faces could be added to the squad.
Turner confirmed that, contrary to reports, Jon Brady's move did not involve a fee. There was, unfortunately, no movement on the lease situation suggesting that "everyone had shut for Christmas". A Birmingham based solicitor had been appointed to help deal with the redevelopment of Edgar Street.
On the injury front Turner expected, for the first time this season, to have a fully fit squad for the trip to Halifax. Stacy Coldicott is due to return to ball work tomorrow and is expected to be fit for the weekend, and Guy Ipoua, Tony James, and Andy Ferrell are all expected to be available. Craig Stanley will miss the game through suspension.
