Preview: Bulls vs Canvey

The Bulls beat Canvey twice last season in their first ever league meetings with the islanders. A 4-0 win at a windswept Canvey last November was followed by a 1-0 home win thanks to a Danny Williams goal in Feburary. Canvey have won just once on the road in 20 league matches.

Hereford will again be without Adam Stansfield, Guy Ipoua, and Stacy Caldicott. Simon Travis continues his return to contention but is unlikely to feature. The biggest question is whether Graham Turner will retain the 4-4-2 formation deployed at Aldershot or revert to 5-3-2. On Loan striker Matt Bailey is likely to continue up front with Danny Carey-Bertram, with his height causing problems for the Aldershot defence even if his overall performance was not spectacular. Tuesday's clean sheet was the seventh in 11 games, but the Bulls have not scored more than one goal in any game for over a month.

Canvey, who will be without leading striker Lee Boylan who is still four weeks away from fitness after surgery, have scored in each of their last 10 games but they have only kept one clean sheet this season.
