Hereford United defeated Forest Green Rovers 3-1 this evening at the Lawn.
Adam Stansfield scored twice and a late goal came from Danny Carey Bertram who sealed the victory for Hereford United in front of a crowd of 2142 which is the highest ever gate at Forest Green for a Conference fixture.
However it wasn't a competent performance from the Bulls, and not unlike last Saturday the scoreline flattered Hereford somewhat.
Hereford supporters turned out in numbers. Some estimates suggested that well over 1000 made the trip.
Elsewhere Carlisle put six past York, Morecambe won their game but Exeter were held by Dagenham. Farnborough have been relegated.
