Hereford were knocked out of this season's Emirates FA Cup falling to a 2-0 defeat to National League South side Welling United.
Martin Horsell and Mike McGrath faced trips to hospital after colliding with each other in the 28th minute as Welling took the lead, with Hereford's keeper being stretchered off.
Thierry Audel and Brendan Kiernan scored the goals as Welling cashed in on £15,000 and a place in the fourth qualifying round.
