The cut-off point for delivery of any application was Noon.
In a couple of tweets Herefordshire Council have remained tight-lipped over whether Hereford FC was the only application they received.
"We are unable disclose the number of expressions of interest we have
received for the tenancy at Edgar Street for commercial reasons.
"We will make an announcement as soon as there is an outcome. This is likely to be early next week."

Despite three expressions of interest being claimed by the Council, other bidders apart from the Hereford FC proposal had been silent until yesterday's announcement that the FA had blocked a request from Redditch United to move to Edgar Street.
It is understood that the local media have been attempting to contact Redditch United chairman Chris Swan for comment without success.
