The Hereford Times has published an article in which it says that Hereford Council will 'consider transferring to leases relating to development at Hereford United’s Edgar Street ground to the club’s new owner Tommy Agombar.

The paper goes on to say that the council confirmed it was assessing that request and would require
“proof of financial standing” before any assignment was made.
The council also revealed that they would meet supporters groups about the subject with one meeting already being arranged.
