Bentley Back At Morecambe

 

Jim Bentley has come to the rescue of Morecambe.

'Morecambe Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Bentley as the club’s new First Team Manager until the end of the season.'

Bentley takes over from Ashvir Singh Johal who left the club last week.

Bentley played for Morecambe and then was their manager from 2011 to 2019.

"When I was asked to come back as manager, I was excited," said Bentley.

"They've asked me to come back here and I'm more than happy to do that."
