Despite bringing one player this week, Hereford manager Paul Caddis said he was still looking for more players.
Jayden White signed earlier this week and another un-named player is training with the squad.
"We are still looking for nuggets," Caddis told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"Without going into too much detail, we've started looking at a market we're hoping no one else looks at.
"We've looked abroad, I know that sounds mad, for players that hopefully have got British passports.
"It's a market we are trying to see if we can grab one or two out of there to come over and help us.
"We are trying to push one through for today which would cost us no money, rather like an extended trial period, he's been training with us. Tomorrow would have been perfect for us but I don't think we can do it."
