Kevin Griffin has been talking about his career to date and how he is looking forward to his new role as Hereford FC U18 Assistant.
He has had over 20 years managing and coaching within
Herefordshire most recently with the Cheltenham Development Centre Under 15
squad and previously with Hereford FC Under 16 and Under 14 . He has also worked at Kiddeminster Harriers FC.
Another role has been his involvment in leading and coaching at the Herefordshire
schools of excellences and PDC for boys and girls for the Hereford
Football Association.
Kevin has a degree in sports science coaching and sports management, having worked closely with Birmingham City FC.
"I'm looking forward to getting started with Jamie (Edmonds) in the
pre-season training and friendlies to see the new players and trialists
begin there footballing journey with Hereford FC," he told BN.
"We
have had one trial with both Jonathan Nash community development
manager and Josh Gowling first team manager attending and taking an
active part which is a great link for players to see.
"We had over thirty trial and have selected a squad for friendlies."
