Kettering game goes ahead despite player being in self isolation

Kettering's game against AFC Telford this afternoon has gone ahead despite one of the Poppies player being in self isolation.

Kettering tweeted that Alistair Smith 'collapsed with a fever this morning'.

Smith was a substitute during Kettering's game against Hereford on Tuesday.

All of us here at Kettering Town wish Alistair Smith a speedy recovery after he collapsed with a fever this morning. We are hearing he has been moved into 7-Day isolation. All the best Ali.
