Herefordshire Council have agreed to grant a new lease to Hereford Football Club. The details were completed last Monday.
Hereford FC can now take up a new ten year lease on the same principle terms as the present lease.
The deal includes an annual rental of £10K and includes a 24 month rent free period deferred until years 7 and 8 and conditional on a £60K value investment by the club.
The new lease does not have to be taken up straight away as the current lease doesn't expire until 2020.
The signing of the new lease is expected to take place shortly.
