The new lease deal signed between Hereford United and Herefordshire Council is to be put under scrutiny, according to Councillor Jim Kenyon.
According to the Council website (here) the Scrutiny committee meets in public and has 18 members, mostly Councillors, who have the task to "Probe, investigate, test the options and ask the difficult questions before and after decisions are taken"
Cllr Keynon also notes that the rent on the new leases has dropped from £10,000 a year to just £1.
