Agombar Gets His Written Assurance

With the Conference statement that the Bulls can retain their Conference status, it appears owner Tommy Agombar has now got the written assurances he demanded.

The HUST statement this morning spoke of Agombar demanding written assurances from Dennis Strudwick as to the Bulls status after payment, with Strudwick refusing to offer such assurances.

The Conference Board now appear to have made that assurance, guaranteeing a place in the fifth tier next season providing the Bulls make payment 'as directed by the Board'.

With the assurance in place, there appears to be little reason for Agombar not to settle the club's creditors as demanded.
