Beadle Will 'Wait And See What Happens'.

Pete Beadle has spoken to BBC Hereford and Worcester about his position at Edgar Street.

"My position is that I'm back to being Director of Youth," said Beadle.

"We had our last game for the youth team on Wednesday night.

"I'm now overseeing the youth's transitions. Some of them are moving onto other clubs now.

"The first years have still got some college stuff to finish so they'll be coming in. They'll be back in on Tuesday and I'll forfill my role as director of youth until my contract runs out at the end of June.

"And that's as far as I know at the moment.

"I've not spoken to anybody yet, I've not had a conversation with anybody yet about what the club are thinking for next season although they would like me and Steve to stay."

If offered the chance would you like to stay?

"I think so, of course you would.

"When I got into youth football and helping with younger players and going more into the educational side, I think my aim was always to get back to senior football at some point.

"I've been involved with youth football for three or four years now and it's taught me an awful lot.

"But the chance to run the seniors was one that I throughly enjoyed and it was one that gave me the buzz back.

"Youth football is different, it's about education and progression. I think it's the same with the senior football but that playing for three points because it's all about three points - you need a different type of approach for that.

"Obviously if the circumstances were right for me and I knew what direction the club was going and I thought it was one we could do and improve then of course we would, we'd love to stay.

"But right now that hasn't been brought up, we haven't had a conversation and it's been very quiet.

"I know there's a lot going on behind the scenes at the moment.

"So at the moment I'm going to finish off what I'm doing with the kids, reflect on what has been a, in many ways, fantastic season for me and for my younger players and for the first team players in the end.

"And then wait and see what happens if the phone rings and see who gets in contact."
