Edgar Street Goes Smoke Free

Fans will no longer be able to light up at Edgar Street, with all Football League stadia going smoke free from today.

Government legislation meant that smoking has been banned in all enclosed public areas but the Football League, by a unanimous vote, agreed that it would be extended to the entire stadium.

Bulls fans would have experienced a smoke free stadium at Leicester during last season's play-off final, with the Foxes implementing the policy for around 18 months already.
